Return request period
Return requests for digital purchases must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of payment.
- The request must mention the exact order number and registered email address.
- Requests submitted after 7 calendar days may not be eligible for review.
- The same policy applies to ebooks, downloadable templates, and digital content packs sold on TeachConnect.
How returns work for digital goods
Because TeachConnect delivers digital products, there is no physical return shipping process.
- A return request means review of the digital purchase and, where applicable, revocation of access to the product.
- There is no courier pickup, parcel handover, or physical item exchange.
- If a return is approved, TeachConnect may provide a replacement, revoke access, or process a refund based on the issue.
When to raise a return request
Use the return process when the delivered digital product is not what you purchased or cannot be used properly.
- Incorrect ebook or digital resource delivered.
- Corrupted or unusable downloaded file.
- Duplicate purchase made by mistake.
- Verified technical issue that cannot be resolved through support.
