- All ebooks and downloadable resources are delivered online through your TeachConnect account.
- Eligible purchases are made available through the library or download access linked to your account.
- No physical books, parcels, or paper shipments are sent.
Delivery timing
Digital delivery starts after successful payment confirmation.
- Most digital purchases are made available shortly after payment confirmation.
- If access is delayed because of a technical issue, contact support with your order number and registered email address.
- Download availability may depend on successful payment verification.
Shipping charges
No physical shipping or logistics charges apply because the products are delivered digitally.
- There are no courier charges, handling charges, or postage fees for ebook delivery.
- The customer only pays the listed product price and any applicable taxes or gateway charges, if shown at checkout.
